Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Late Policy
Appointments are reserved for a specific time to ensure each client receives the best possible service. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, kindly text (951) 294-0959 so we can discuss accommodations.
Clients arriving less than 10 minutes late may receive an abbreviated service, which will still be charged at full price.
A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. I understand life happens and things come up so please text me (951)294-0969 to further discuss the situation. No-call/no-show appointments WILL be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
